Kirstan Lee

Kirstan Lee is a mining engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as Superintendent of Technical Services and Production at IGO Ltd since May 2020, Kirstan has a strong background in mine planning, having held multiple positions including Senior Mine Planning Engineer and Medium Term Planning Engineer. Prior to IGO Ltd, Kirstan worked at Newmont Corporation as a Development Shift Supervisor, Short Term Planning Engineer, and Drill and Blast Engineer, contributing to safety and efficiency through effective team leadership and planning. Earlier experience includes positions at Northern Star Resources Limited and BHP Billiton, starting as a Graduate Mining Engineer and completing rotations in different mining functions. Kirstan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Mining Engineering from Curtin University.
