Chuck Reiche has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Director of the Information Systems Management Office at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in 2004-2005. Charles "Chuck" then became a Program Manager for the Composite Tracking Network at the U.S. Marine Corps from 2007-2010, where they were responsible for IT and program resource planning. In 2010, they joined iGov as the Director of Marine Corps Programs, overseeing the development of the Tactical Collaborative Work Suite 2.0. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President of Corporate Business Development, leading domestic and international initiatives. Finally, they became the Senior Vice President of Business Development at iGov in 2017. Additionally, Chuck served as a Board Member for the Stay In Step Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Center from 2019-2021.

Chuck Reiche received a Diploma from SHS. Charles "Chuck" later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from The Ohio State University from 1996 to 2000. Chuck then obtained a Masters Certificate in IS/IT Program Management from Villanova University in 2004-2005. After that, they pursued an M.S. in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Chuck obtained certifications such as DAWIA Level III - Program Management from the Defense Acquisition University in 2010, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2005.
