Björn Greiff has a strong background in sales and marketing within the coatings industry. From 1997 to 2009, they worked at Teknos, starting as a Product & KAM Sales Manager and progressing to become a Market & Sales Manager. During this time, they gained experience in managing markets and sales teams. In 2010, they joined IGP Powder Coatings as a Market & Sales Manager, where they successfully developed and built up the Scandinavian market and industrial customers. In 2013, they were promoted to Executive Vice President, Sales Director of the IGP Group, overseeing sales strategies and the implementation of company values and principles.
Björn Greiff completed various educational programs throughout their career. Björn attended Harvard Business School where they obtained a degree in Negotiation Mastery. Björn also studied Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School Online. In 2013, they attended SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen for the Boston Strategy Program. Prior to that, in 2011 and 2012, they pursued Existential Leadership at Psykoterapeutisk Institut in Copenhagen. Björn also attended JTO School of Management for the Leadership Academy. Their earliest education includes studies at Vårdskolan Lund, where they focused on becoming a male nurse. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Communicating with Confidence and Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021.
