Amy Freedman

Amy Freedman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in inventory analysis, food service management, and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Inventory Analyst at iGPS Logistics LLC since August 2022, Amy contributes to cost-efficient logistics solutions focused on sustainability and operational effectiveness. Amy is also the Owner/Operator of Bistro In Motion since 1999, providing customized meal planning and preparation services. Past roles include Cookie Concierge at Eleni's New York, Program Manager and Customer Service Team Manager at PECO Pallet, Inc., and a Leader/Coach at Weight Watchers International. Additionally, Amy has extensive management experience in the restaurant industry, holding General Manager positions at Cooker Bar and Grille and Cooker Restaurant Corporation. Amy holds a BA in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management and a BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
