Prior to their current role, they worked as the Regional Director of Operations at TransForce Group, where they led operating strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement. Arthur also held the position of Vice President Distribution & Logistics at Fred's Inc., overseeing the sale of general merchandise through retail discount stores. Before that, they served as the Director of Distribution & Logistics at Rent-A-Center, where they implemented a national distribution and transportation network resulting in a significant cost reduction. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Penske Logistics, Ryder Transportation, Laidlaw Transit, and Roadway Express, where they gained extensive experience in supply chain management, transportation, and operations.

Arthur Van Der Stuyf, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Dowling College from 1983 to 1987. Arthur then pursued their MBA in Business Administration at Dowling College from 1992 to 1994.
