Mark Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and advocacy, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Positively UK, LGBTQ Hero, and IGR International Gay Rugby, alongside the role of Head of Creative Services at NAM Publications. With a strong background in policy influence, Mark leads the All Party Parliamentary Group on HIV/AIDS as a Senior Policy Officer, coordinating activities that shape government HIV policy. Previous roles include Senior Caseworker and Constituency Communications Manager for Neil Coyle MP, Parliamentary & Campaigns Officer at Terrence Higgins Trust, and Caseworker for Nick Smith MP. Mark's early career included organizing for the Rhondda Labour Party. Mark Lewis holds degrees in European Politics from Swansea University and Dutch Political, Cultural, and Economic Life from Utrecht University.

IGR International Gay Rugby, founded in 2000, is the organizing body for a global collective in excess of 120 inclusive & gay member rugby union clubs in more than 28 countries on 6 continents. IGR also owns 3 tournament brands, the biennial global tournament Bingham Cup and the two regional competitions, Union Cup for Europe and NorAm Cup for North America. Managed & operated entirely by volunteers dedicated to LGBTQ2+ inclusivity, not only in rugby union but all sport, IGR is a Charitable Incorporated Organization registered in England and Wales with our registered office at 71 Holland Road, West Ham, London, E15 3BP, England, United Kingdom (Charity Number – 1154241).
