Godwin Caruana

Dr. Godwin Caruana (PhD) is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences in academia, technology, and law. Currently holding various key roles at the University of Malta, iMovo, iGrant.io, and Courts of Law, Dr. Caruana also serves as a member of the COST Committee and an Independent Expert & Evaluator for the European Commission. With a strong educational background, including a PhD from Brunel University London, Dr. Caruana is a respected figure in the fields of high-performance computing, algorithms, and machine learning.
