Dipali Pansare has worked in various roles within the engineering field. DIPALI started their career at Radix Electrosystems Pvt Ltd in 2014 as an Embedded Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for application-specific hardware and firmware development. DIPALI also played a key role in nurturing team efforts and providing support to clients. DIPALI'swork at Radix Electrosystems lasted until November 2017.

In December 2017, Dipali joined Allerin Tech Private Limited as an IoT Engineer. DIPALI worked in this role until July 2018.

Since December 2018, Dipali has been working as a Firmware Engineer at igrenEnergi, Inc.

Dipali Pansare completed their post-graduation in Embedded Systems from Thakur Institute of Career Advancement, CDAC in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Pillai Institute of Information Technology, Mumbai University between 2010 and 2013. In 2007, Dipali Pansare completed an associate's degree in Industrial Electronics from Shreeram Polytechnic. DIPALI finished their secondary education in 2007, receiving their SSC from St. John the Baptist High School.
