Pat Donahue

Pat Donahue is a Partner at Investor Group Services (IGS) since 2002, specializing in transaction diligence support and strategic advisory services for private equity funds and corporate acquirers, with a focus on market and customer diligence for acquisitions. Previously, Pat served as Project Manager for Product Development at SunGard Securities Processing from 1999 to 2000, where responsibilities included managing new product development aimed at enhancing connection services for broker dealers. Pat's earlier experience includes serving as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1994 to 1999, where duties encompassed roles as a nuclear power officer and gunnery and auxiliary machinery officer on various naval vessels. Pat holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
