Doug Berry

Doug Berry is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in managing and improving customer experience operations for major brands worldwide. They have held leadership roles at companies such as Sutherland Global Services, Concentrix, and TaskUs, where they successfully designed and implemented strategies that enhanced operational performance and client relationships. Currently, as Vice President of Sales at IGT Solutions, Berry applies their insights in operations and customer experience optimization to support fintech and technology companies. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, and Business at Westminster College.
