Adrienne Prather-Marcos

Adrienne Prather-Marcos currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Employee Communications & Change Management at IGT since October 2025. Prior to this role, Adrienne held various positions at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., including Vice President of Internal Communications and Head of Public Relations at William Hill (Caesars Digital). Adrienne's experience also includes serving as Director of Public Relations at MGM Resorts International and multiple roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Corporate Communications to Regional Hotel & Hospitality PR Manager. Adrienne began the career as a Public Relations Account Executive at R&R Partners after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2004.
