Alexandru Ionut Popescu is an experienced professional in product management and development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at IGT since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandru held positions at iSoftBet, including Head of Gamification Tools and Senior Product Manager, where skills were utilized in developing proprietary products such as game creation software, content management platforms, and gamification solutions. Alexandru also served as Head of Development at iSoftBet RO and gained extensive experience in product management and development roles at iSoftBet and Alcatel-Lucent. With a background in Flash development and Action Script programming, Alexandru began a freelancing career in 2005 before moving into full-time roles in the tech industry.
