Andrew Krolides

Andrew Krolides is a legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at IGT since April 2023, Andrew supports Procurement and Gaming Americas activities. Prior to this role, Andrew was Senior Manager of Legal Services at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from July 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating agreements and managing the contract review process. Andrew also held the position of Legal Counsel at IATA, focusing on commercial matters as well as industry advocacy and human resources. Earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, actively involved in M&A transactions, and as an Audit Staff member at Ernst & Young. Andrew holds a B.C.L/LL.B from McGill University and a BBA in Accounting (CPA) and Business Law from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
