Domenico Pastia

Domenico Pastia serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Product at IGT since July 2017, where responsibilities include full P&L management for a $1B+ revenue business, strategic initiatives development, and sales team support for product penetration. Previously, Domenico held the position of Principal at Bain & Company from May 2007 to June 2017, managing large M&A transactions and redesigning commercial strategies. As the Founder and Business Development Manager at Sunshine Solar Energy, Domenico launched a photovoltaic initiative in Romania, conducting feasibility analyses and navigating regulatory frameworks. Additional experience includes a management trainee role at A.P. Moller - Maersk and internships at Alantra and RCS MediaGroup. Educational achievements include a degree from Harvard Business School and Master's degrees from CEMS and Università Bocconi.
