Federica Faggiano

Federica Faggiano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the gaming and account management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Accounts at IGT since January 2023, Faggiano previously held various leadership roles at iSoftBet, including Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Account Management for Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Manager at GameAccount Network plc and positions at iSoftBet as Key Account Manager, as well as customer service roles at Helponline Service LTD. Faggiano holds a University Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, Tourism, and Communication from Università del Salento and an I.E.L.T.S. certification in English Language from Middlesex University.
