J.d. Roux

J.D. Roux currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at IGT, where responsibilities include leading the global HR team to support over 7,000 employees across various functions such as Talent Acquisition and DEI. In addition, Roux is a Managing Partner at Strategic People Partners, offering board advisory services and independent consulting on strategic HR programs. Previously, Roux held multiple senior HR roles at Activision Blizzard, culminating as SVP & Chief People Officer for Blizzard Entertainment, focusing on culture and employee experience. Earlier experiences include leading HR strategy at Flex and managing client engagements in strategy at Strategy& / PWC. J.D. Roux holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
