Joanne Costain PMP, Cert. APM, possesses extensive experience in project management, particularly in retail digital media and gaming technology, with roles spanning from Senior Manager to Senior Project Manager at IGT and Spielo - Gtech since 1993. Core responsibilities include developing project objectives, defining project scope, managing resources, and facilitating communication, as well as overseeing project expenditures and risk management. Instrumental in implementing corporate procedures and mentoring less experienced project professionals, Joanne has also served as a Business Systems Analyst and Integration Engineer, contributing to software development and configuration management projects.
