Patrice Johnson

Patrice Johnson is an accomplished benefits professional with extensive experience in global benefits and wellbeing strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at IGT since November 2025, Patel has also held key roles such as Director of Benefits & Wellbeing at MGM Resorts International and Global Benefits & Wellbeing Program Manager at Electronic Arts. In addition to corporate roles, Patrice contributes to the community as a Board Member for NAMI Southern Nevada and serves on the advisory board for Airvet. With a solid foundation in client services and account management from previous positions at companies including Aon and MetLife, Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
