Érica Silvino

Érica Silvino is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Management, Health, and Work Safety at Iguá Saneamento since February 2019, overseeing areas such as personnel administration, recruitment and selection, and health and safety with a team of six. Previously, Érica held various HR leadership roles at companies like Via and Cnova - GPA, managing diverse teams and programs focused on talent attraction, diversity, and employee development. Érica began a career in HR at PwC Brasil, where responsibilities included recruitment processes and strategic HR consulting. Érica holds degrees in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and Diversity in Organizations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, alongside additional education in coaching from ICI.
