Guido Oliveira

Guido Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Guido started their career as an Estagiário at Citrosuco in 1992 and later joined Banco Real as a Trainee from 1994 to 1995. Oliveira then moved on to Iguatemi S.A., where they held various roles including Trainee de Finanças to Supervisor de Tesouraria from 1995 to 1998. Guido continued their progression at Iguatemi S.A. as a Supervisor de Project Finance from 1999 to 2001.

Oliveira then became the Gerente Financeiro Corporativo from 2001 to 2007, where they successfully managed the treasury of Grupo Jereissati and coordinated various capital market operations. From 2007 to 2008, they held the position of Gerente de Fusões e Aquisições, Planejamento e Planejamento Estratégico. Oliveira's extensive expertise led him to serve as Gerente de Novos Negócios, Gerenciamento de Projetos e Inteligência de Mercado from 2008 to 2011, during which they played a key role in developing the new business area and intelligence structure at Iguatemi S.A. Finally, Oliveira assumed the role of Diretor Financeiro e M&A from 2011 to 2021 before taking on their current position as CFO at Iguatemi S.A.

Guido Oliveira has a diverse education history. In 1991 to 1994, they attended Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they studied Economics. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued Administration Finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2002 to 2003, Guido undertook a Curso de Formação de Gerentes Financeiros at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Continuing their education, in 2005, they completed a program in Finanças Avançadas e Economia Monetária at Ibmec. Guido later earned an MBA Executivo Internacional from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, attending from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, in 2008, they participated in the Global Business Experience program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
