Asaf Somekh

Asaf Somekh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Iguazio. Asaf has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, including marketing, business development, and software development.

Somekh began their career as a software manager at APTEL in 1994. Asaf then moved to Nexus Telocation in 1997 as director of software R&D. In 2001, they joined Voltaire as vice president of marketing. After 10 years at Voltaire, Somekh moved to Mellanox Technologies in 2011 as vice president of solution marketing. Asaf left Mellanox Technologies in 2012 to join Compass-EOS as VP marketing & business development. Somekh remained at Compass-EOS until 2014 when they co-founded Iguazio.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Asaf Somekh went on to earn an MBA in General Management from IMD.
