Annie Steiner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at IHA since December 2013, Annie oversees various HR functions, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations. Previous roles include Human Resources at Gerotech Inc. for a brief period in late 2013 and Recruiter/Sr. HR Administrator at Terumo Heart, where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruitment and collaboration with hiring managers. Additionally, Annie held the position of Recruiter/HR Generalist at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, focusing on diverse recruitment needs. Annie holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Oakland University.
