Heather McGovern is an experienced practice manager specializing in pediatric specialties at IHA since March 2023. Previously, Heather served as a clinical manager at ChenMed and as a practice manager and allied health educator at Honor Community Health, where significant contributions were made in managing a family practice with a focus on mental health coordination with external agencies. Prior experience includes a role as lab manager at Hematology Oncology Consultants from July 2013 to October 2020. Heather McGovern holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University, obtained between 2016 and 2017.
