Lowell Sprague has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lowell started their career as the CFO of the Santa Cruz Medical Clinic, where they oversaw financial operations and played a key role in the clinic's expansion and merger with the Sutter Health system. After that, they served as the CEO of Health Plan of Michigan, leading the start-up operation to significant growth through internal development and M&A activities. Lowell then joined Sprague & Associates, CPA as a Principal before moving on to become the Managing Director of EP2 Investment Holdings, LLC, where they managed a $100M building portfolio in the medical office building space. Currently, Lowell Sprague is the Director of Real Estate and Facilities Management at IHA, where they are responsible for overseeing facility-related management operations and providing business advisory services. Throughout their career, Lowell Sprague has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in finance, strategic planning, and real estate management.
Lowell Sprague earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Catawba College from 1979 to 1981. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 1992 to 1995.
