Shannon Herauf

Shannon Herauf currently serves as a RN - Care Manager at IHA since April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Nurse Case Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from July 2016 to March 2019, and as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Beaumont Health from December 2015 to July 2016. Shannon also worked as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Memorial Hospital System from October 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Shannon held the position of Head Cashier at Home Depot from April 2000 to October 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Michigan University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Henry Ford Community College, and a Master of Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University, completed in 2019.
