Hannah Moloney

Hannah Moloney is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Care Associate at ihateironing since July 2023, Hannah previously worked at Mint Live from November 2019 to June 2023, where roles included Senior Team Lead, Customer Delight Team Leader, and Customer Delight Associate, managing customer interactions and team oversight. Prior to Mint Live, Hannah gained diverse experience as a Cinema Host at ODEON Cinemas Group and Bar Staff at Oceana and Solent Students' Union. Additionally, Hannah held the position of Drama Leader at Nearly Instant Theatre Sessions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology, both from Solent University.
