Joe Madonia

Joe Madonia has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Estimator at IHC Construction Companies LLC since February 2010. Prior to this role, Joe held key positions including Senior Project Manager/Estimator at Levine Construction, where responsibilities encompassed preparing estimates and managing multifamily and commercial projects. Joe also worked as a Construction Consultant for United Construction and served as Chief Estimator at Pacific Construction Services, among other leadership roles such as Vice President at Buckeye Construction Inc. and GF Structures Corporation. Joe's extensive expertise includes project management, estimating, and strategic bidding, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
