Asad Ali Saleem

Asad Ali Saleem, M.Sc. Eng, PMP, PE, has extensive experience in contract management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Contracts Engineer at IHCC since August 2023. Previously, Asad worked as the Manager of Contracts Administration at the Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab, overseeing healthcare and hospital projects and ensuring compliance with processes. Asad has also held senior roles at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK), where responsibilities included contract administration, interpretation of contract terms, and resolution of contractual disputes. Asad holds a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning from the University of Stuttgart and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
