Heather Koehler

Heather Koehler serves as the President of the Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) since March 2020. Prior to this role, Koehler was an Independent Consultant specializing in Value-Based Care and Population Health at Koehler Health Consulting from June 2019 to March 2020. Koehler's experience includes positions such as Solution President for Partner ACOs, Market President, and General Manager at Evolent Health from September 2014 to June 2019. At Deaconess Hospital, Koehler was the Director of Accountable Care from January 2012 to September 2014, focusing on leadership in accountable care and population health management programs. Koehler's career also includes a role as Physician Practice Administrator and Service Line Director at Deaconess Health System from August 1998 to January 2012. Koehler holds an M.B.A. from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana.
