Ronny Donovan

Ronny Donovan has extensive experience in human resources and talent operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR & Talent Operations at iHeartMedia since November 2012, overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, HR information systems, and people analytics. Prior to this role, Ronny held various leadership positions at JCPenney from December 2006 to November 2012, including Vice President of HR Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR service delivery for a large workforce and managing core HR processes. Ronny's earlier career includes project management at Animato, quality assurance at Classic Soft Trim, and system support at EZCorp, showcasing a broad skill set across multiple industries. Ronny earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin between 1989 and 1994.
