Sean Mahoney

Sean Mahoney is the current Director at iHeartMedia. Prior to this, they served as Board Director at Arconic from November 2016 to April 2020, where they were also the Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit and CEO Search Committees. Sean originally joined the board of Alcoa Inc. in 2016 during its preparation for the corporate split-off that created Arconic Inc. and Alcoa Corp. In February 2016, they took on the role of Board Director at Alcoa and remained in this position until November of that year. From May 2015 to May 2018, Sean served as a Board Director at Cooper Standard, and from September 2014 to September 2017, they served as a Board Director at Formula 1. Prior to their work in these industries, Sean worked as a Board Director at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.

Sean Mahoney has a Master of Letters from the University of Oxford, where they were a Rhodes Scholar. Sean also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of Chicago.
