Tony Gallegly

Tony Gallegly is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and employee experience. Currently serving as Vice President of HRIS & Employee Experience at iHeartMedia since April 2016, Tony has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of HRIS Total Rewards Programs and Senior Manager of HR Systems. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Tony was the HR Systems Senior Manager at JC Penney, where responsibilities included developing security and analytics strategies for PeopleSoft on Oracle Cloud. Additional experience includes project management and HR technology implementation roles at MCG Consulting, Pizza Hut, and YUM Brands. Tony holds an MBA in Finance with a focus on derivatives and a BA in Music from the University of North Texas.
