The current leadership team at iHerb has a wide range of experience in many different industries. The team is led by CEO Steven C. Tingus, who has experience as the CFO at SciPlay Corporation and Scientific Games. He also has a background in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The team also includes Chief Operating Officer Pamela Lucas, who has experience in Operations from Churchill Downs Interactive and Arlington Park. Other members of the team include Head of Platforms Jin Oh and Head of Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Insights & Analytics Kristen Sonday.
