Hugo Garcia, P.E. has over 18 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in control systems and instrumentation engineering. Hugo has worked for various companies such as Technip Energies, IHI E&C International Corporation, WorleyParsons, Bechtel Oil Gas & Chemicals, and ICA Fluor - Mexico. Hugo'sexperience includes engineering, construction, and commissioning of projects ranging from conceptual development to detailed engineering. Hugo has expertise in creating and updating P&IDs, control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, and conducting mechanical package reviews and FAT testing.

Hugo Garcia, P.E. pursued their education from 1990 to 1994 at the Instituto Tecnologico de Durango. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics Engineering.
