Doug MacHon

Doug Machon's work experience includes serving as the Director of Business Development at IHI Power Services Corp. since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Co-Owner of Machon Method from 2020 to 2023. From 2011 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Business Development at NAES Corporation, where they provided strategic direction, managed client relationships, and led contract negotiations. Doug also served as the Director of Corporate Development at NAES Corporation from 2005 to 2011, where they led long-term strategy, M&A initiatives, and business planning. Before that, they worked as the Manager of FP&A at NV Energy from 1996 to 2005, overseeing budgeting, planning, and strategic planning efforts.

Doug Machon earned their B.A. in Marketing from the University of Puget Sound from 1989 to 1993. Doug later completed their MBA in Finance at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1994 to 1996.
