Tina Dai

Tina Dai is currently serving as the Energy Storage Proposal Manager at IHI Terrasun Solutions, where responsibility includes developing proposals for battery energy storage systems. Previously, Tina worked at Fluence as a Proposal Manager, leading the creation of competitive proposals for energy storage projects, and at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. as an Inside Sales and Proposal Manager, focusing on compliance and risk analysis during proposal development. Tina's career began in sales at Ferrotec, maintaining customer partnerships and creating forecasts, and included roles at Facebook as a Product Support Analyst, analyzing advertising issues, and at VMware as a Technical Marketing Engineer Intern, where marketing solutions and training materials were developed. Tina holds a Master's degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Science in Engineering Enterprise Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering with Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
