Erin Schwartz began their career in 2009 as an intern at WKYC-TV, where they aided in writing interviews for on-air guests, managed the "Good Company" website, and edited photos and video clips for the web. In 2010, they worked as a Disc Jockey for WWSU and a Video Production Specialist for the City of Fairborn, where they helped create the "Fairborn in Five" video series and self-produced nine episodes. Erin also produced live television broadcasts of City Council meetings, School Board meetings, and Planning Board meetings. In 2011, Schwartz worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern for AGV Sports Group, Inc. and a Media Specialist/Guest Services Representative for Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, where they assisted the Director of Sales with all online media needs and created personalized reservation website pages for wedding parties. Erin also assisted guests with their traveling needs. In the same year, Schwartz worked as a Sports Information New Media Coordinator for Mount St. Mary's University, where they were responsible for all aspects associated with the web streaming of Mount St. Mary’s University athletic events on MountAthleticsTV, and all online video content on the Mount’s official athletic web site. From 2012 to 2014, Schwartz worked as an E-commerce Manager for 123Print, Inc., where they managed the affiliate marketing account, developed strategic and tactical goals that included the growth of the program in reach, revenue and conversion, and assessed and acted on opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in the operational and analytical aspects of the program. From 2016 to the present, Schwartz has worked for iHire, where they have held the roles of Acquisition Director, Retention Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist.

Erin Schwartz has a diverse educational background. Erin obtained their Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University in 2013, majoring in Business Administration. Prior to that, they received their B.A. from Wright State University in 2010, majoring in Mass Communications and Theatre Arts. Erin attended Kent State University from 2006 to 2007, but did not receive a degree. Her secondary education was completed at Mayfield High School from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained an Email Messaging Certification from the MECLABS Institute in April 2017.
