Volker Steck

Volker Steck is the CEO of Helvetia Versicherungen Deutschland, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include serving as the Hauptbevollmächtigter and chairman of the boards for Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft AG and Helvetia schweizerische Lebensversicherungs-AG. Additional roles include leading various departments such as Vertrieb and Nicht Leben. Since June 2019, Volker Steck has also been the Leiter Versicherungsausschuss and Vice President at IHK Frankfurt am Main. Previous experiences include senior management positions at i-surance AG, Allianz Versicherungs AG, and Allianz Suisse, with a strong focus on product development, finance, and distribution. Volker Steck began the academic journey at Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, where a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre was obtained.
