Dirk Katschenges

Dirk Katschenges currently serves as the Abteilungsleiter IT-Infrastruktur at IHK-GfI, focusing on organizational change management, cloud migration, and service provider management since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dirk was an IT-Projektmanager at GELSENWASSER AG, where responsibilities included managing an SAP on Azure proof of concept and IT service provider management from July 2021 to December 2021. Dirk also held the position of IT-Manager at ADCO Umweltdienste Holding GmbH, overseeing IT strategy across a global operating group from July 2019 to June 2021. From January 2005 to June 2019, Dirk advanced from Systemadministrator to Head of Group IT Service at Hoist Finance, managing extensive IT strategies and budgets. Dirk's career began at efa AG as a Consultant in IT infrastructure management from July 2003 to December 2004. Dirk holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science from Ruhr University Bochum, completed in 2002.
