Duc Doan

Duc Doan serves as the COO and site manager for Munich at Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung OHG since September 2013, overseeing cost management, process optimization, resource planning, and employee development. With a diverse background in customer service and operations, Duc's past roles include managing daily operations as Standortleiter in Munich, leading customer support and personnel development, and coordinating training as a certified trainer for commercial office professions. Additional experience includes finance and controlling at Exaring AG, and contributions to various organizations as a member of examination committees and in temporary positions. Duc is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at Hochschule Fresenius, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economic Psychology.
