Brian Laufenberg

Brian Laufenberg began their work experience in 1983 as a Loan Review Officer at Farmers National Bank. Brian then moved on to become the VP Credit Administration at First National Bank of Muscatine in 1990. In 1995, they joined Deere & Company Credit Union as a Credit Manager, and later in 2000, they became the VP Finance at Alcoa Employees & Community Credit Union. In 2005, Brian Laufenberg joined IHMVCU as the EVP Support / CFO, and later became the President / CEO in January 2016.

Brian Laufenberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Western Illinois University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1990. Brian furthered their education by attending various institutes for specific programs. In 2014, they attended the CUES CEO Institute at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2012, they completed the CUES CEO Institute at The Wharton School, and in 2013, they successfully finished the CUES CEO Institute at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Brian holds a certification as a CUES Certified Chief Executive, although the details of the institution and specific completion date are not provided.
