Julie Stickney

Julie Stickney has held various roles in their work experience. Julie started their career in 1991 as a Senior HR Representative at Amoco. Julie then worked at Lee Enterprises, starting as a Regional HR Director in Montana in 1995 and later becoming the Director of HR. In 2016, they joined IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union as the Vice President of Human Resources, a role they held until 2019. In the same year, they briefly worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cobham. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Talent Management at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union and will soon transition to the role of Chief Resource Officer.

Julie Stickney has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Julie further pursued their education at the same university and acquired a Master's degree in Human Resources from the LER (formerly ILIR) department from 1989 to 1991.
