Caroline Hill (FCIM) is a seasoned expert in employer branding and marketing with 25 years of extensive experience in areas such as employer communication, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate engagement. As the Founder and Director of Creed Comms since May 2007, Caroline has spearheaded initiatives in brand strategy, digital infrastructure, and creative development. In addition, Caroline serves as an IHR Ambassador, contributing to a community of over 20,000 in-house recruitment professionals. Previous roles include Director at Blackbridge Comms, where Caroline specialized in direct resourcing and digital strategy, Account Director at TCS Advertising focusing on results-driven campaigns, and Account Manager at Barkers managing creative and media services across various sectors. Caroline is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, further enhancing expertise in brand management.

In 2023, we introduced our Hiring Solutions service, helping TA professionals navigate their next career move or find the perfect team member.
