Currently serving as Community Manager at IHR Community and Senior Marketing Executive at IHR - In-house Recruitment, Charlotte has honed expertise in creative campaign development, social media strategy, reporting and analytics, graphic design, and content creation. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked at Rethink as a Social Media Executive, where responsibilities included managing social media accounts and executing engaging campaigns. Charlotte's career began at Spicerhaart, advancing from Project Assistant to Social Media Coordinator, and then to Social Media Executive. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Essex.
