Cheryl Craig is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Deputy Recruitment Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead Business Partner for Leadership & Executive roles at IKEA, since September 2019. Simultaneously, Cheryl holds the position of Ambassador for IHR In-house Recruitment, engaging with a community of over 20,000 recruitment professionals. Prior experience includes various roles at Dell Technologies, progressing from Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst to Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant/Site Lead over nearly seven years. Previous positions also include Inside Sales Manager at Agile Solutions, Senior IT Consultant at Optimum IT, and Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Celebris IT Recruitment. Cheryl's career began with recruitment and business development roles, with foundational education in Business Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
