Brenda Magennis

Brenda Magennis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Competency Management at IHRDC since January 2017. In this role, Brenda partners with clients to deliver customized software solutions, consulting, and learning opportunities. Previously, Brenda held the position of Business Analyst/Product Owner for CMS Online Software, focusing on software requirements and enhancements, and served as a Consultant specializing in Business Affairs and Human Resources. Brenda's career also includes roles as a Communications Consultant at Performance Development Group, Content Manager and Competency Specialist at IHRDC, and HR Specialist at Intel, along with earlier positions at Benchmarking Partners, Waste Management, Inc., and Pinkerton Investigations. Brenda holds a degree in Geography and Philosophy from Clark University and has pursued legal studies at Suffolk University Law School.
