Mt Holland

MT Holland has extensive experience in instructional design and e-learning, holding multiple roles since 2006. Currently serving as a Rowing Coach at Duxbury Bay Maritime School, Holland has also worked as an instructional design and e-learning consultant at IHRDC since January 2014, managing the Innovation and Development Group, and creating e-learning content for the petroleum industry. Other significant positions include e-Learning Consultant at Integrated Training Strategies, Technical Writer at iDesign and Delivery, and instructional design consultant for various organizations. Holland's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Applied Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Merrimack College.
