Robert W. Taylor

Robert W. Taylor, MS has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Robert W. began their career in 1974 at Halliburton Energy Services & Otis Engineering Corp., where they held various positions until 1999. Robert W. then joined IHRDC, initially as Director of Global Business Development, and later as Vice President. At IHRDC, they were responsible for business development, corporate sales coordination, and direct sales in Sub Sahara Africa. Robert W. also taught management programs and co-authored a competency approach for building a world-class workforce.

Robert W. Taylor, MS holds a Masters degree in Adult & Organizational Learning from the University of Kentucky and Suffolk University (Boston), which was obtained between 2000 and 2007. Robert W. also completed a Short Course in Strategic Planning at Cornell ILT in 2009. Taylor is currently pursuing a BA at the University of Kentucky, expected to be completed between 2018 and 2025. Additionally, they hold certifications in Workplace Assessment Using Direct and Indirect Methods at SCQF Level 8 from the Scottish Qualifications Authority, obtained in 2013.
