Serdar Dogulu

Serdar Dogulu has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Serdar started their career at IHRDC in 2000 as a Senior Petroleum Engineer, where they worked until 2007. Serdar then joined Chevron in 2007 as a Lead Facilitator for their CDE program, a role in which they remained until 2015. In 2008, Serdar joined IHRDC again, but this time as the Director of Innovative Learning Solutions.

Serdar Dogulu completed their B.Sc. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1992. Serdar then went on to earn their Ph.D. in the same field from Penn State University, graduating in 1999.
