Chidinma Ike Acipm

Chidinma Ike ACIPM, SPHRi, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at IHS Towers since June 2025. Previously, Chidinma worked at Henkel from March 2019 to July 2025, holding positions as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager for Nigeria and Kenya, as well as Recruitment Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa. Chidinma's career began as an HR Officer at Lonadek Oil and Gas Consultants and included HR/Administration responsibilities at EPCM Engineers Ltd, along with a position as an Analyst at Regency Alliance Insurance Plc. Chidinma holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a B.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology from Imo State University.
